I hold an M.Sc. in Business Administration and have worked across corporates, small and medium-sized businesses, and start-ups in industries like financial services, IT, and manufacturing. I’ve worked with companies such as Bosch, Microsoft, and TWINT, where I had the chance to build and lead new teams.
A few years ago, I found myself feeling stuck in my own career - something no one but me seemed to understand. For almost two years, I tried to figure it out on my own: I read tons of books, listened to countless podcasts, and took different strength tests, but the real clarity didn’t come. It was only after joining a group program led by a wonderful career coach that I finally regained clarity, reconnected with what truly matters to me - helping others find meaningful and fulfilling work - and got into action! In our Western world, we spend so much of our lives at work, so the kind of work we do, and where we do it, deeply shapes our happiness and well-being.
Today, I support people who are ready for a change but don’t yet see the path ahead clearly. Over the past year, I’ve guided more than 60 people, both one-on-one and in group programs, to find clarity for their next aligned career step - in English, (Swiss-)German, and Russian.
