Maybe you feel drained, out of place, or simply disconnected from what you do. You're feeling that you could be way happier in another job. You know you don’t want to keep going like this, but choosing a new job or even a new career without a clear direction feels risky and overwhelming. And trying to figure it out alone hasn’t led to much clarity so far, right?

This 90’ workshop in a small group gives you a calm moment to pause and look at your situation honestly, without pressure to have it all figured out.

Here’s what happens in the workshop:

You explore a first rough idea of what a more authentic career could look like for you.
You take a structured look at your current reality, what feels good, what doesn’t, and how this impacts your energy.
Through simple guided exercises and optional sharing in pairs, you notice what matters to you and what no longer fits.
